Performance Reviews

Our Performance Review is much more than a “safety audit.” Our Performance Review provides a deep understanding of not only operational issues, but organizational design, human capital, and risk management, particularly those risks that often are ignored by traditional aviation audits.  Our goal is to provide a clear, unbiased understanding of the current performance of safety, service, and efficiency within your Aviation Team, whether internal or managed.  Operational strengths will be identified and highlighted along with opportunities for enhancing performance.  In the end, a comprehensive roadmap will be provided for continual improvement.  Common areas addressed in a Performance Review include:
